For items dispatched from our warehouse, next day delivery is available for orders placed by 8pm. For items dispatched from a store, the cut-off time for next day delivery is 2pm. Order cut-off times will be displayed at the basket and checkout. Orders placed after the stated cut-off time—on weekdays, weekends, or public holidays—will be dispatched on the next working day, subject to availability.

- We deliver to over 200 countries. Regrettably, we do not deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.

- Once your order has been dispatched, Global-e will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, or you can track your order using the Global-e Shipping portal here
- Please note, Global-e may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.
- We always aim to deliver your order within the timeframe specified to ensure seamless shopping experience, however there may be instances of delays that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. In such cases, delays to your order will be communicated by our carrier – DHL.
